I am currently in the final stages of construction of a major addition to my house in Denver. I have used PSC to do most of the major elements of my project. Loren and his people have done excellent work for me. They honor their commitments. Not only do they do WHAT they promise, but they also do it WHEN they promise to do it.
I have used PSC Construction to select, hire, and supervise various subcontractors on this project. Loren has generally selected high quality, reliable contractors, and has supervised them well.
One contractor made a serious error and refused to correct it. Loren acted without hesitation to put things right, even though it cost him significant time and money. As a long-time manager myself, I am always interested to see how people deal with serious problems. I was impressed.
